Spring is Here!

So glad the weather is getting nicer. Cale loves, loves, loves being outside. So far this spring we have gone to the zoo, arboretum and made a trip to Oklahoma and purchased a minivan! I'm not proud of it, but it had to be done. Picking Cale up is getting a littler harder and it is so nice for him to be able to climb in the minivan and then climb up in his carseat. As far as his progress, he is doing really well. He is trying to say everything. He said his first 2 syllable word, apple. As far as 2 syllable words he also says diaper, mama, dada and uh-oh. We are so excited!! We are now working on 2 words together. He is getting to where he won't sign anymore, but tries to say what he wants. Of course, Chris and I are probably the only ones that can understand him! His gross motor skills are also improving. He is starting to climb on everything and loves to run. He tries so hard to get his fingers to do the number two. He will stare at his hand when we ask, "how old are you?" and concentrates, but nothing yet! Ummm, let's see what else? Oh, he started telling us "no". And we have to try not to laugh because it is so cute. He says it in almost a french accent.

The twins are growing. I would post a belly shot, but it really isn't that exciting yet. I am only measuring about 4 weeks ahead. I'll post a picture towards the end when it gets ugly! We have decided on names.......Luke Daniel and Allie Grace. I am still nervous about having two newborns and a two year old, but we will have plenty of help the whole month of June.
